Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026  ·  it's sorted™

We believe privacy should be straightforward. This policy explains in plain English exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We will never sell your data or use it for anything other than what's described here.
01

Who we are

it's sorted is a family coordination web application currently in development, due to launch in September 2026. The service is operated by it's sorted Ltd, based in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at contact@itssorted.app.

02

What data we collect

At this pre-launch stage, the only personal data we collect is:

  • Email addresses submitted voluntarily through our early access waitlist form on this website.

We do not collect your name, location, phone number, or any other personal information at this stage. We do not use cookies, analytics tracking, or any third-party advertising tools on this website.

03

Why we collect it

We collect your email address for one purpose only: to notify you when it's sorted launches in September 2026 and to send you information about early access to the app.

The legal basis for this processing under UK GDPR is legitimate interest — you have actively requested to be notified about our launch by submitting your email address.

We will not use your email address for any other purpose without asking for your explicit consent first.

04

Where your data is stored

Email addresses submitted through our waitlist form are stored securely by Formspree (formspree.io), a reputable third-party form processing service based in the United States. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and processes data under Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the UK.

We do not store your email address on our own servers or share it with any other third parties.

05

How long we keep your data

We will keep your email address on our waitlist until one of the following happens:

  • You ask us to remove it at any time by emailing contact@itssorted.app
  • We send you the launch notification, after which we will delete waitlist data within 30 days
  • We decide not to launch the product, in which case we will delete all waitlist data immediately
06

Your rights under UK GDPR

As a UK resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access — you can ask us what data we hold about you
  • The right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data at any time
  • The right to rectification — you can ask us to correct any inaccurate data
  • The right to restrict processing — you can ask us to stop using your data
  • The right to object — you can object to our processing of your data
  • The right to portability — you can ask us for a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at contact@itssorted.app. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

07

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising technology. The only data that leaves your browser is your email address if you choose to submit the waitlist form.

08

Changes to this policy

As it's sorted grows from a coming soon page into a full application, this privacy policy will be updated to reflect the additional data we process. We will always display the date it was last updated at the top of this page, and we will notify waitlist members by email of any significant changes.
